Dr. Shelly-Ann Gajadhar is a Certified Board and Executive Coach, Author and CEO of Alphastute. With an early career in law as a Trinbagonian State Prosecutor, she chose to diversify her career from law to academia and business. She holds a PhD in Management Research from King’s College London and holds over 15 years of academic experience. Having built her coaching and consultancy firm internationally, Dr. Gajadhar specifically works with high-achievers to help them become more emboldened and high-performing in quick time by bridging managerial theory with leadership practicality.
In 2020, Dr. Gajadhar was announced as one of the Top 100 Alumni over 100 years at the University of Edinburgh Business School and mentors over 200 high-achieving female leaders from around the world via her Go Bravely Mentorship Community. Her life mantra ‘Go Bravely’ encourages all those that she engages with to passionately pursue their soul’s calling in spite of fear.
