Christopher Lee is an accomplished consultant, coach, and trainer with deep expertise in cross-cultural communications and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. With several years of experience in the hospitality industry, Christopher has refined his customer experience, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills with local and international clients. His global experience spans Canada, the US, the Caribbean, and China, where he has worked with organizations, including Fortune 500 companies.

 

Christopher’s diverse background includes the arts, having once been a dancer, singer, and actor. His appreciation for culture has fueled his involvement in several impactful initiatives, including a cultural and language project for the Prime Minister’s Office of Barbados.

 

Currently based in Canada, Christopher is immersed in executive recruitment and DEI consulting, working with corporations and senior leaders who are committed to making positive social and economic impacts through diverse talent. Drawing from his lived experiences, Christopher helps leaders reframe their approach to diversity and inclusion by providing strategies to leverage diverse talent for increased productivity and transformational change.
