Natalie is a Jamaican native, living in New York. She is a visionary, and strategist known for her impact in technology, ministry, and life. Her remarkable journey from the inner city of Kingston, Jamaica to a Senior Product Manager at Google Inc. is one filled with determination, resilience, and faith. As a young girl, she yearned for more, believing that the world she saw on television, read about in books, and heard through the experiences of others was possible for someone like her.

After completing high school Natalie relocated to Barbados with hopes of studying law
which didn’t unfold as planned. Upon returning to Jamaica she set her dreams aside and
focused on making the best of available opportunities, working in sectors such as security,
cable, construction, and finance. Luckily for her others saw something in her that she could
no longer see in herself, and that encouragement changed the trajectory of her life.
Natalie decided to further her education while continuing to work full-time, obtaining an
Associate Degree in Business Management from the Institute of Management & Production and a BSc. in Computing & Management Studies from the University of Technology (UTECH). During her final year at UTECH, Natalie believed education was her path to success, leading her to Pittsburgh, PA, where she earned an MSc in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Following graduation, Natalie joined the Swiss Investment banking company Credit Suisse as a software engineer in their Technical Analyst Program.

It was during her tenure at Credit Suisse that she explored Product Management, paving
the way for a 10+ year career in this field and her position at Google. Natalie became a born-again Christian after moving to the USA and is an active member of Ramah Christian Center in New York, where she has held leadership roles in the Children’s Ministry and Women’s Ministry.
Considering her experiences, the support she received, and how easily things could have
been different, Natalie is passionate about giving back and inspiring others to become the
best version of themselves, walk in their purpose, achieve their highest potential, and live
an abundant life. Fueled by a sense of responsibility to those coming behind her. She has
spent years advocating, teaching, recruiting, and mentoring underrepresented groups
focused on increasing diversity in STEM and building a successful career. This passion has become her purpose as the CEO of Thrive Mindset LLC and an ICF Certified Professional Coach at The Thrive Mindset Coach offering personal development and financial wellness services.

Natalie’s experience as a Product Manager compliments her skills as a business owner and coach, providing her with a unique perspective on leadership, strategic vision, and
