Mr. Larry Lawrence is a career banker with 32 years of experience in the local and regional environment. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Leicester and a Banking Certificate from the Institute of Financial Services formerly Chartered Institute of Bankers, Kent, UK. He is an Accredited Director with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (CGI).
Throughout his career Mr. Lawrence performed in several roles within First Caribbean International Bank including Head of Corporate Banking in Grenada and Country Head in the Turks & Caicos Islands. In 2021, he took the role of Managing Director of Grenada Co- operative Bank Limited and successfully led the acquisition of FCIB Grenada business in 2023; positioning Co-op Bank as the largest bank on island in total assets and deposits, as reflected in the most recent audited financial statements.
