Natalie Bennett is a visionary leader and strategist whose remarkable journey from the inner city of Kingston, Jamaica, to Senior Product Manager at Google is a testament to her resilience, determination, and faith. Despite challenges and setbacks, Natalie’s unwavering belief in her own potential propelled her to achieve extraordinary success in the technology industry. After earning degrees in Business Management and Computing from UTECH in Jamaica, she pursued an MSc in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University, which laid the foundation for her flourishing career in product management.

As the CEO of Thrive Mindset LLC and an ICF Certified Professional Coach, she mentors underrepresented groups, advocating for diversity in STEM and empowering others to unlock their full potential. A born-again Christian and active member of her church in New York, Natalie’s passion for helping others extends to her ministry work, making her a dynamic force both professionally and personally.
