Andre Jeffers is the Group Chief Strategy Officer at ANSA McAL Limited, where he leads the Group’s strategic direction and 2X growth agenda. Most recently, he spearheaded the landmark US $327 million acquisition of BleachTech LLC, the largest in the Group’s 143-year history.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Howard University with a BBA in Finance, Mr. Jeffers began his career on Wall Street in mergers & acquisitions advisory before joining The Carlyle Group as an Investment Associate. He later returned to Trinidad, firstly joining ANSA McAL’s Group Business Development team and subsequently taking on a transformational finance leadership role at Trinidad Petroleum Holdings during Petrotrin’s restructuring.
He rejoined ANSA McAL in 2022 as Head of Strategy & Growth and was subsequently appointed Group Chief Strategy Officer in 2024. With over US $12 billion in corporate M&A and private equity investments executed throughout his career, he is a seasoned expert in driving growth through complex transactions. Beyond business, he is also an accomplished songwriter with multiple Road March–winning soca hits to his credit.
