Kevin Andall has over 20 years of experience across education, public administration, and financial services. He currently serves as Member Experience Manager at Nexa Credit Union, spearheading strategic initiatives that enhance member satisfaction and drive digital transformation.
His distinguished career includes serving as Permanent Secretary for the Government of Grenada and on previous credit union management committees. Additionally, he has dedicated 14 years to youth empowerment within the Ministry of Youth Development.
Kevin holds a Master of Educational Leadership and Policy and has a certification in credit union finance and management. Currently pursuing AI Operator certification, he is recognized as an expert in Member Experience Management, specializing in service optimization, strategic planning, and workplace productivity enhancement. He has also led several budgeting and money management initiatives at community and governmental levels aimed at improving the financial wellbeing of others.
