Rosana John-Mitchell is a mother, attorney, and entrepreneur with a passion for community,
sustainability, and storytelling.
She holds a Master of Laws in Environmental Law and Policy from University College London
(UCL), earned through the prestigious Chevening Scholarship. Rosana currently practices with
Dentons, a leading global law firm, where she specializes in Real Estate and Corporate
Sustainability (ESG), advising clients in Grenada and across the Caribbean.
Beyond her legal practice, Rosana is a committed community leader. She is an active member of
the Rotary Club of Grenada and Caribbean Women in Leadership (CIWiL), and serves as a
director of the Grenada Sustainable Development Trust Fund Inc., supporting sustainable
initiatives throughout the island.
Her entrepreneurial drive shines through as co-founder of Spice Foodie Tours, a thriving
business that celebrates Grenada’s rich culinary culture and champions community-based
tourism. Inspired by the tour, Rosana also co-authored a children’s book titled Island Eats,
introducing young readers to local food traditions in a fun and engaging way.
Outside of her professional life, Rosana is the creator behind Radikal Rose Eats, an Instagram
micro-blog where she shares vibrant culinary reviews and local adventures. She also leads an
active lifestyle, finding joy in fitness and discovering new places through travel.
